Staff & Faculty
Doug Collier - Administrator
I’m Doug Collier and I am the Administrator of the school. I have been with GLTW since July of 1996. There are many things to love about our school, but if I had to pick just one thing, it is the dedication of the staff to your children. It is inspiring.
I am a California native. I grew up in Oceanside, just north of San Diego – home of the Chargers! I received my Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to coming to GLTW, I was a director for a Boys and Girls Club in the San Diego area and I worked in private industry.
My wife and I have twins – a boy and a girl. They are incredible! My favorite hobby is scuba diving. I love to travel, especially to dive destinations. On one of my dives, I found a 17th century glass bead. Stop by my office and I'll be happy to show you. My other pursuits are photography and drums (although nobody should hear me play). I enjoy playing and watching football and along with a few other sports.
Lorna Feschenko - Office Manager
Hello, my name is Lorna Feschenko and I am the Office Manager for the school. I have been with the school for more than 11 years. I started as the receptionist and I have held a number of positions within the school. The school is blessed with a wonderful staff and I am lucky to have a great boss.
I am from Michigan. I was born in Trenton and my hometown is Lincoln Park. I now live in South Lyon. I am married and we have two daughters, both of whom attended GLTW. When I am not working, I love to spend time reading, walking, or biking. I enjoy watching comedy and romance movies. Our house can be pretty busy. We have three dogs named Sergei, Czar, and Vladimir.
I love to ride roller coasters - I could ride Millennium Force at Cedar Point again and again.
