Due in large part to the support and efforts of the GLTW PTSA and parents in fall 2001 Go Like The Wind Montesorri installed & connected to the Internet our own AirWatch Weather Station.

Our AirWatch Weather Station is now part of the Worldwide School WeatherNet Program. This is an innovative teaching tool that brings real-world applications into our classrooms and creates a learning environment that excites students about science, math and geography. This powerful program also provides our teachers with practical uses of the Internet and the latest classroom technology. It incorporates an advanced weather monitoring system with educational software and customized curriculum. Our weather data is available to the community via the Internet, local TV news and on "WeatherBug".
